This Infotainment.com exclusive cable will override the annoying "911 Vehicle Phone Requires Service" message. Simply plug it into the purple Fakra connector on the back of your RA3 or RA4 radio. This error message appears because the RA3 and RA4 has been installed into a vehicle which does not have the factory installed 911/Assist vehicle phone hardware. Our cable has been engineered to allow you to easily install the 8.4" radio and eliminate the error prompt.
