A Warranty That Matches the Manufacturer

With Infotainment.com, as a wholesaler, you get the same warranty you would from the manufacturer. That ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the equipment and the manufacturer.

30-Day Returns

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery of the purchase to make a return. If your customer wants to return their new purchase within that time, they will be refunded the price of the purchase.

Exchanges

Customers may exchange faulty equipment for repair or replacement at no cost, up to the full length of the warranty if the faulty equipment can't be repaired.

Easy Warranty Claims Process

If you ever need to file a warranty claim, we've made it easy. Just like you, we want to help your customer find an acceptable resolution.

Our warranty process has been designed to avoid returns, and keep sales in your business. If you need to file a claim, it can be completed in a few easy steps.

1. Contact Our Support Department

You can contact support via text, chat, email or telephone.

2. Troubleshooting

Once you contact support, they'll attempt to find a resolution to your issue. Our tech support representatives in most cases can troubleshoot your problem quickly over the phone.

3. Repair or Replace

If required, we'll setup repair service or exchange the equipment completely depending on the situation.
