Infotainment.com Affiliate Program Agreement

Affiliate Rank 1 — Upon initial engagement, the affiliate will be required to purchase an advanced exchange for $500.

After payment of the advanced exchange, the affiliate will be officially enrolled at Rank 1.

The affiliate will be provided with an affiliate code to place within the content and linked back to the infotainment.com website.

Affiliates with Rank 1 will be allowed a maximum of 3 pieces of equipment for review per 12 month membership period.

On the initial equipment review, once the code generates Net Affiliate Sales equal to 200% or greater than the designated retail price of the reviewed item, the affiliate will be eligible for a refund of their advanced exchange.

If the affiliate fails to generate Net Affiliate Sales equal to 200% or greater than the designated retail price of the reviewed item, the affiliate must keep the $500 refund exchange on file in order to utilize equipment for further review.

The affiliate will be required to reach at least 200% Net Affiliate Sales as compared to the designated retail price for each of the 2 remaining affiliate codes within a 12-month membership period in order to be eligible for the advanced exchange refund in the next 12-month membership period.

If the affiliate generates 150% Net Affiliate Sales as compared to the equipment’s designated retail price for 2 out 3 instances in a 12-month membership period, The affiliate will be eligible for the advanced exchange refund, and can continue at Rank 1 the following 12-month membership period without requiring an advanced exchange deposit.

Affiliates at Rank 1 who generate Net Sales Revenue equal to or greater than 200% of the Designated Retail Price of the item being reviewed for all 3 reviews within the 12-month membership period, will be automatically promoted to Rank 2 and refunded their advanced exchange.

Affiliate Rank 2 — Affiliates receive review equipment at no cost. The affiliate will be allowed up to 5 pieces of equipment for review per 12 months.

Affiliates at Rank 2 must generate Net Affiliate Sales greater than 150% of the designated retail price for equipment for 3 out of 5 of the reviews in a 12-month membership period. If the affiliate fails to generate the minimum Net Affiliate Sales, they will be limited to a total of three (3) total reviews for that current 12-month membership period.

If the affiliate has already received at least 3 equipment exchanges for review, no more free exchanges will be permitted for that 12-month membership period. Affiliates can continue to receive more review exchanges for the $500 advanced deposit.

Any reviews secured with a deposit, must generate 150% in Net Affiliate Sales in order to be refunded the $500 advanced exchange.

Affiliate Rank 3 — Affiliates will receive equipment free of cost.

Affiliates at Rank 3 will receive a commission, for monthly sales attributed to their designated affiliate link.

Affiliates will only receive commission for links to reviews established AFTER the affiliate has achieved Rank 3 status.

Commissions will be calculated monthly, and will be direct deposited to the account designated by the affiliate.

Commission structure for Rank 3 affiliates will be determined on an affiliate by affiliate basis.

Definitions

Affiliate - Internet influencer (i.e. blogger, IG, Facebook,etc.) who wishes to use and promote Infotainment.com products in their content (i.e. blog, video, etc.)

Net Affiliate Sales - Total sales revenue generated via a tagged link which associates the user with a purchase on the Infotainment.com website. The sales revenue is calculated by using the actual price of sales for the tracked transaction.

Designated Retail Price - The normal retail price of specified equipment without any discounts. The Price of Equipment will be determined for calculation, at the time the Affliate’s sales code for the specific instance of install has been generated.

12 month membership period - The affiliate membership works in 12-month calendar periods. The affiliate 12-month membership will automatically be renewed unless specified by the affiliate. The affiliate’s 12-month membership period begins on the date the affiliate completes purchase of the advanced exchange deposit.
