1. Does Infotainment.com offer installations?
At this time, Infotainment.com does not offer any installation or removal services. Our current locations are set up as distribution centers more so than a retail or installation location. However, we do partner with hundreds of reputable and verified installers. Take a moment to check out our Verified Installer network.
Please keep in mind most of our customers prefer to install our products themselves. Be sure to check out the embedded installation video in most of our product's advertisement page.
2. Do you ship to other countries besides the USA & Canada?
We ship worldwide! Approximately 12% of our orders are shipped internationally every day. Depending on the product, we will use the United States Postal Service or FedEx Express International. Please note, packages shipped internationally may require a customs or duty fee to be collected once imported into your country.
3. After my order is placed, how long will it take to ship?
Our two main distribution centers ship up to 100 packages a day! Depending on the product ordered most will ship within 24 hours. Some products that require VIN specific programming may take an additional 24 hours due to the time required to program the system to the exact specifications of your vehicle. Be sure to check the product page for any other information relating to being out-of-stock or on backorder.
4. I received my order and I need help troubleshooting or with installation, can you help?
We certainly can! Here is the process on how we can help:
1. Review the product's advertisement on our website. We purposely provide a lot of data on each individual advertisement which helps the user know the ins & outs regarding the product.
2. Refer to the product's advertisement embedded user's manual, installation manual, or installation video.
3. Take a moment to review our easy-to-use Knowledgebase which helps customers tremendously with troubleshooting our products. Believe it or not but there is a very good chance the issue you're having has a quick fix. In this case, it would be listed in our knowledgebase.
4. Contact our customer support department Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM EST. They can be reached via the Live Chat feature located at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, phone call, or through our contact form.
